How we count transactions
A transaction is a single line item in the accounting software's bank feed or ledger that requires categorisation, reconciliation or review. A single bank-feed line covering multiple invoices counts as one transaction. Transactions that must be split into multiple resulting ledger lines count according to the resulting lines.
If you go over your limit
If your volume goes over your package limit we flag it for review, show you the measured volume against the limit and discuss the options. We never upgrade your package or add a fee without your agreement.
What our packages cover
Our packages cover bookkeeping and financial record maintenance only. BAS preparation and lodgement are not included. If you need BAS services, we can refer you to an appropriately registered tax practitioner.
Our packages are designed for businesses seeking organised bookkeeping, reliable reconciliations and predictable monthly pricing.
Software subscriptions, historical cleanup, additional entities and out-of-scope services may incur separate fees, which will be confirmed before work begins.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are the full amount you pay. GST is never added on top.

Pricing questions
How do you count transactions?
A transaction is a single line item in the accounting software's bank feed or ledger that requires categorisation, reconciliation or review. We count transactions per billing month, and we will show you the measured volume if it ever goes over your package limit.
Are software subscriptions included?
No. Your accounting software subscription stays in your name and is paid by you, so you always own your file and your data. Our packages cover the bookkeeping work only.
What happens if I exceed my package limit?
Nothing changes automatically. If your transactions go over your package limit, we flag it, show you the measured volume against the limit and talk to you about the options — staying where you are for an unusual month, moving to another package or a custom quote. Your fee and scope only change with your agreement.
Can you support multiple entities?
Yes, by agreement. Each package covers one accounting file unless otherwise agreed. Additional entities or files are quoted separately before work begins.
