The information on this website is general information about our bookkeeping services. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information such as package descriptions and prices may change. The terms that apply to any work we do are those set out in your engagement agreement.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry, using the AI assistant or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a client relationship. We will review your requirements and may provide a quote. A quote is an offer to provide the described services on the stated terms; work begins only after you accept it and sign an engagement agreement.
AI assistant
The AI assistant gives general information about our services and packages. It can make mistakes, does not give tax or financial advice and cannot commit us to any price or service. You can contact a person at any time.
Links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to us unless otherwise stated. You may view and print it for your own use.
Service scope and limitations
What our standard packages cover
Our standard packages cover bookkeeping and financial record maintenance only: recording transactions, reconciling bank and card accounts, organising documents, accounts administration and bookkeeping reports, according to the package you choose.
What our standard packages exclude
- BAS preparation and lodgement;
- tax returns, tax advice and ATO lodgement or correspondence;
- payroll processing and payroll tax;
- audits, reviews or any form of assurance — our reports are not audited financial statements;
- making payments, approving bills or moving funds on your behalf;
- accounting software subscriptions;
- historical catch-up work, additional entities and other out-of-scope services, which are quoted separately before work begins.
If you need BAS or tax services, we can refer you to an appropriately registered tax practitioner.
Transactions and package limits
Each package includes a monthly transaction limit. A transaction is a single line item in the accounting software's bank feed or ledger that requires categorisation, reconciliation or review. If your volume exceeds your package limit, we will discuss it with you; your fee and scope do not change without your agreement.
Engagement agreement
All client work is carried out under a separate engagement agreement that sets out the scope, fees, responsibilities, notice and cancellation terms. If anything on this website differs from your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement applies.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for your business decisions, approving and making payments, the completeness of the records you provide, and your tax and regulatory obligations.
