We support cloud MYOB Business files. MYOB has several products and older versions, so tell us which one you use when you request a quote, and we will confirm whether we can support it before you commit to anything.
Who it suits
Small businesses and sole traders already using MYOB who want their books kept up to date every month. If your file has fallen behind, we assess the backlog first and quote it before monthly work starts.
How it works
- Enquiry and quote. Tell us your business type, how many transactions you have each month and where your books are up to. We confirm the package and fee in writing before any work starts.
- Access. You invite us into your MYOB file as a user. You never share your login, and you can remove our access at any time.
- Monthly bookkeeping. We record and reconcile the month, and list anything we need from you in one place.
- Monthly summary. You receive a summary of the month, with any open questions called out.
Fixed monthly fees
Packages are priced by the number of transactions you have each month, not by the hour. See the packages and prices. If your books are behind, catch-up bookkeeping is assessed and quoted separately first.
Your file stays yours
Your MYOB subscription is not included in our packages. It stays in your name, you pay the provider directly, and you keep full ownership of your file and your data, during the engagement and after it ends.
